My manager made me train my replacement without knowing.

Three weeks ago I was asked to "upskill" a new contractor, show her our systems, our clients, how we run reporting. I thought it was normal onboarding. On Friday afternoon, our HR called me and told me my role was being made redundant, effective immediately, and thanked me for my years of service. I keep replaying every question she asked me, wondering if she knew and I didn't tell me she was my replacement.
